Silvan Safari boast just six individual suites, located around the main building of the lodge. All of Silvan's six suites offer luxury accommodation, extraordinary space, and exquisite river views. And none of the suites are alike. Each has a unique design, although they do have one thing in common: they are all stunning and provide a contemporary, modern feel, with warm and thoughtful decorations. Your private outdoor area is also fully equipped. During those warm siesta hours, or after an exhilarating safari day, the private plunge pool is a welcome cool-down. The pool is perfectly positioned for you to sit, cocktail in hand, watching animals stroll by along the riverbed below. The trees, embracing their size and stature, providing ample space and light, inspire Silvan’s family suites. We can confidently say that it would be hard to find a safari lodge equalling this experience.

Activities

As if this wasn’t enough, with the already incredible lodge also comes all the spectacular wildlife Sabi Sands has to offer. And that will make your experience exceptional, because wilderness without wildlife is just scenery. The wilderness with all its inhabitants will be literally at your doorstep in this lodge: look no further than the riverbed below your suite. However, game drives offer you the best chance to experience the incredible variety of animals which Sabi Sands is so famous for. An early wake-up call at dawn will see you rise with the bush and its residents. Rangers like Murray and Sipho (better known as Sipps) have the bush in their blood. Share the thrilling experience with them of not knowing what is around the corner. Grab the Swarovski binoculars provided and be in awe of the animals, birdlife, small creatures with big impacts and the knowledge and stories of the rangers and trackers. Afternoons are for exploring more of the forests or a pampering treatment in the spa - a tranquil place, where you can revitalize for the next day. In between all the activities, there is homemade fresh food, created with love by Odette and her kitchen team and accompanied by wide vistas and colourful skies.
